Democratic Presidential contender Hillary Clinton (whom the New York Times just outed as a former Wall Mart director) is letting her voters pick her Campaign song, the one that’ll be played while the balloons drop from the skies when she wins. The options are a good demonstration of hope giving, community enhancing, pure pop cliches (no wonder U2 has two entries).
Here are the options:
1. “City of Blinding Lights” U2
2. “Suddenly I See” KT Tunstall
3. “I’m a Believer” Smash Mouth
4. “Get Ready” The Temptations
5. “Ready to Run” Dixie Chicks
6. “Rock this Country” Shania Twain
7. “Beautiful Day” U2
8. “Right Here Right Now” Jesus Jones
9. “I’ll Take you There” The Staple Singers
Go here to vote.
